We went to pick up Maylie's Christmas present on black Friday, and then David saw the puppies from a distance. He looked at me and said if those are golden retrievers we have to get one. So for an early XMAS present we got Zoey:~) she has been a delight to have, and is so cuddly. Sawyer came over for an evening and he was loving Zoey he kept on wanting to cuddle her to sleep.

Maylie was not liking Santa Clause's lap, she kept on looking over to David like "please save me" it was really cute. She hated to the alligator ride at first she was smiling and having fun, but after about 10 seconds she was completely done with it. I'm starting to realize that Maylie is much more reserved then i was as a child.

I love the fall in Idaho especially around my parents house and down the street. All the different colored Maple trees hang over the street, letting their leaves hang low to the road. I'm really glad Maylie gets to experience the fun of fall, and she is getting so big. But I'm not so sure how much she was liking all the leaves they might of been a little to cruncky for her. She was a little hesitant, but she liked being in the wagon with the leaves.

Maylies second Halloween we borrowed this chicken from Sommer, and went to Lily and Hayden's school party. Where they had a scary cake walk, bobbing for apples, and all sorts of other fun stuff. Maylie had a lot of fun but i kind of think she was hot in her chicken suit so after a while she got a little grumpy.

Maylie went shopping with David one day, and she found this chair it was love at first sight. She refused to move for like 20 min.

This is from Maylies first birthday, we had a lot of fun and she was loving the cupcakes. She had no problems getting herself messy, she tried ever one of her cupcakes.

I haven't posted in a really long time, so it is my goal within the next couple of months to get caught up for the last year so here it goes. Our friend Jonas took Maylie's 1 year pictures, for some reason she was really good then all of a sudden she had a fever. But at least she was happy for the pictures.

We go to the pool a lot!!!! and we've gone to the splash park a couple of times Maylie loves it and some of our little friends (Sailor and Harvest) will carry her around and she just thinks that shes the center of attention and loves it.

To start off we have been living in Baton Rouge for the last four months and it has been a lot of fun. we went to the zoo, watched to fire works right on the bank of the Mississippi across from the capital, we've been on a swamp tour, and walked downtown New Orleans (not directly on Bourbon Street though that was a little to ghetto scary for me). so far its

our little family has been doing great. Davids just working a ton and me and Heather go to the pool and on little activities so we keep pretty busy.

the first picture is when we went to Texas Road house and after a very long night of terrible service and crying kids. One of the little girls took my food that i hadn't even touched and flipped it on the floor, oh well what can you do.

the second picture is when we went to the mall of Louisiana (which is gigantic) and Maylie started acted a little naughty in her stroller then she got really quiet. i knew something had to be going on and when i looked she had taken Heathers cream cheese to her pretzels. she was soo happy for probably 35 min with the cream cheese tube.

the third and fourth picture are Kate loves to feed Maylie so any time i start feeding her Kate always runs up and takes the spoon out of my hand so that she can feed her. its adorable.

So here are some cute random pictures of Maylie from the last couple of months, shes just been growing up so fast. But the ribbon pictures are so funny, i went over to Sommers house to make bows and Maylie LOVED IT. She would grab the ribbon and shove it into her mouth it was like christmas morning...

Maylie the Monkey

While David was gone on his cruise to Cabo, me and Maylie stayed at Aprils house, but and i bought her costume on sale the day before Halloween. It was so cute that cousin Sawyer had almost the same Monkey costum on, they were the two little monkey buddies... On Halloween we went Trick 0r Treating in DJ's neighborhood, and Maylie totally got hooked up, half the houses gave out large candies, so it was a good first Halloween:~)
